The James Beard House & Platform by James Beard
During AAPI month, Visit San Antonio curated a special event at Platform by James Beard. The invite only dinner featured Chef Leo and the Stixs & Stone team alongside Chef Kristina Zhao from Dashi.
The theme was China Tejano, which perfectly highlighted the unique blend of San Antonio with Chef Leo’s mixed heritage. The dinner was a dream and the Stixs & Stone team cannot wait to get back to The James Beard House and New York!
