Tacos are special in San Antonio, TX and we treat them with the upmost respect and care that they deserve. It all starts with high quality masa accompanied by precise technique. We often get asked, “How do y’all make the perfect tortilla?” Chef Leo’s answer, “We made a lot of bad tortillas.” To get to the perfect tortilla there is no better teacher than experience. The Stixs & Stone team has made and pressed well over 50,000 tortillas!
